An Integrated Approach of the AHP and Spherical Fuzzy Sets for Analyzing a Park-and-Ride Facility Location Problem Example by Heterogeneous Experts

چکیده
Consensus is difficult to acquire among a group of transportation specialists with diverse areas expertise over the most relevant set criteria considering transport related problem. For example, when establishing Park-and-Ride (P&R) system, if an expert favors public criterion, and another focuses on economic area, problem considerably solve. Therefore, this research provides methodological solution including Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Spherical Fuzzy Sets (SFSs) purpose addressing both sorts difficulties concurrently, i.e., taking hesitant scores into account synthesizing stakeholders’ viewpoints through mathematical procedure. SFSs are preferable compared other solutions due their flexible specification belonging function. In current study, spherical AHP method applied P&R system location evaluate results participating experts from backgrounds. Additionally, similarities differences between obtained fuzzy calculation emphasized. Based accessibility important criterion system. However, Triangular multi-criteria technique, sub-criteria vary significantly. The give urban planners clear guideline that implementation should run in parallel optimization transport.

An Integrated Approach for Reliable Facility Location/Network Design Problem with Link Disruption
Proposing a robust designed facility location is one of the most effective ways to hedge against unexpected disruptions and failures in a transportation network system. This paper considers the combined facility location/network design problem with regard to transportation link disruptions and develops a mixed integer linear programming formulation to model it. With respect to the probability o...
